摘要
目的观察养肝益水对高血压病患者内皮功能的影响,并探讨其机理。方法患者120例,随机分为两组。治疗组在西医常规降压治疗的基础上给予养肝益水颗粒,对照组予西医常规降压,疗程4周。观察治疗前后两组血压、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿微量白蛋白(MAU)等指标的变化情况。结果治疗后两组血压改善相近;治疗组NO、ET-1、hs-CRP、MAU的改善优于对照组。结论养肝益水颗粒可以改善高血压病患者内皮功能,这种作用独立于降压之外,可能与改善高血压病患者炎症因子、减少微量白蛋白排出有关。
Objective:To observe the effect of Yangganyishui Granule(YGYSG) on endothelium function of essential hypertention(EH) patients and to explore the mechanism of it.Methods:120 EH patients were divided into randomly the treatment group and the control group.Both 2 groups were treated with conventionally therapeutic methods of antihypertensive for 4 weeks.Simultaneously,the YGYSG was added into the treatment group.We observe the changes of nitrogen monoxidum(NO),endothelin 1(ET-1),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),microalbuminuria(MAU) and the blood pressure in 120 cases before and after therapy.Results:After therapy,the blood pressure in two groups were reduced evidently than before.Howeve,the deference of 2 groups was not obviously before and after therapy.NO was promoted after therapy in the control group,but the deference was not obvious than before.In the treatment group,NO were promoted evidently after therapy.NO were promoted evidently in the treatment group than in the control group after therapy.In the 2 group,hs-CRP and MAU were reduced evidently after therapy.Compared with the control group,the decrease of the treatment group was more obviously.ET-1 was reduced after therapy in the control group,but the deference was not obvious than before.In the treatment group,ET-1 was reduced evidently after therapy.ET-1 was reduced evidently in the treatment group than in the control group after therapy.Conclusion:YGYSG improves the endothelium function of the hypertention patients.The improvement is independent on the decrease of blood pressure.It possibly associate with improvement of inflammation gene and decrease of MAU in the hypertention patients.
