血管内皮细胞功能障碍与动脉粥样硬化 被引量:1

摘要 内皮功能障碍(ED)是指血管内皮细胞对非适应性功能状态所作的有限调整,通常是内皮功能特征的改变或功能的部分缺失[1,2].早期实验发现,去除内皮细胞可使乙酰胆碱(ACh)的血管舒张作用转为收缩效应,说明Ach诱导的舒张血管反应具有内皮依赖性.内皮细胞可以通过合成多种舒张和收缩因子作用于平滑肌,使其舒张或收缩,这些物质分别被称作内皮源性舒张因子(EDRF)和内皮源性收缩因子(EDCF)[3].新近的研究认为,动脉粥样硬化(a山erosclerosis,AS)是血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞受各种危险因子刺激后造成的血管局部产生的一种过度的慢性炎性增生反应[4],而内皮细胞损伤导致内皮功能障碍(ED)是一系列病理过程的始动因素[5,6],在AS的形成过程中起着重要作用[7].
