摘要
用自制的6种腐败梭菌培养基(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ),对分离到的3株不同源性的腐败梭菌LF2010、LF9601、YF9801进行培养基和产毒能力的筛选试验。结果,此3株菌在Ⅱ号培养基上的产毒能力分别达到3 000,1 000和500MLD/mL,这为今后研制腐败梭菌疫苗的研制提供了一定的技术依据。
The screening experiment of culture - medium and toxigenicity of three strains of Closseptium （LF20101 ,LF9601 ,YF9801 ） which were from different source was conducted by six kinds of culture -medium which made by oneself（ Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ ）. The results showed that the toxigenicity of three strains of C. sepaum in the II culture-medium was 3000 MLD/mL,1000 MLD/mL and 500 MLD/mL）respectively,which provided the technological basis for developing the vaccine of C. septium.
