摘要
介绍了汽车覆盖件的特点及成形工艺要求,通过相关案例阐述了确定汽车覆盖件拉深方向、压料面形状、工艺补充、拉深筋布置的注意事项,提出了相应解决措施,对覆盖件拉深工艺的设计有一定参考价值。
Some characteristics and requirements for the forming process of an automotive metal sheet were presented. The points in designing the drawing direction, binder surface shape, processing supplement and layout of drawing bead were suggested and corresponding measures were proposed.
