摘要
以UGNX为设计平台,分析了汽车座椅连接件成形工艺,确定零件坯料形状,重点阐述了零件的排样设计。对复杂的废料外形进行分解,分3个工位冲裁,设计出合理的凸、凹模结构,级进模结构紧凑,生产的零件质量良好。
Based on analyzing the forming process of the connector parts of an auto seat, the blank shape of the parts was determined in the design platform of UGNX and the lay out design was presented. The blanking process with threeposition was determined through splitting the cutting edge of the blank into segments and a reasonable and compact ed punch and die structure was designed.
