摘要
结合汽车冲压件的生产准备和生产过程实际情况,论述了基于冲压工艺的汽车车身冲压件成本控制方法。介绍了如何在产品设计阶段,通过对冲压件的工艺性评审,进行冲压件的成本控制。提出了在冲压件工艺设计阶段,应该考虑通过合理选材、控制生产工序、充分利用设备能力等一些行之有效的冲压工艺方法,降低冲压产品的生产成本、提高经济性。
Combined with the actual situation of preparation and production of automotive stamping parts, the cost con- trol method of automotive body stamping parts was discussed based on stamping process. How to cut the cost through the technology review of stamping parts in the product design stage was discussed. Some effective stamping processes considering reasonable selection of material, control of production process and make full use of equipment capacity, etc. in stamping process design phase were proposed to reduce the production cost of stamping products and increase e- conomy.
