摘要
以番禺香蕉、越南香蕉(Musa acuminata AAA)及大蕉(M.paradisiaca ABB)的座果后顶端花序轴1cm 处的幼嫩部分为外植体,用0.1%升汞消毒10分钟,以无菌水冲洗3次后,将外植体切成小片,先接种在 MS 培养基附加有2mg/l 的2,4-D,2,4,5-T,IAA,NAA,GA_3,ABA,KT 及 BTP 及其相互配合的不同的培养基中预培养一段时间。为了解花序不同部位(不同发育年龄)及不同组织对离体培养的形态发生的影响,部分材料接种时特别标记了花序片段的上下位置,或经预培养一段时间后。
The technique by which plantlets was able to be regenerated via organogenesis or/and so- matic embryogenesis in fruit banana were developed in this experiment.Somatic embryogenesis was induced and the embryoid of banana possessed typical structure of embryo:scutellum,co- leoptile and coleorhiza in monocotyledon embryo.
