摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定风寒感冒颗粒中5-0-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量。方法采用phenomenex Luna-C18柱(200mm×4.60mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(35:65),流速为1.00ml/min,检测波长254nm,柱温为28℃。结果 5-0-甲基维斯阿米醇苷进样量在0.02804～0.3084μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9997(n=6),平均回收率为100.42%,RSD为0.99%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for determining the content of 4＇-O-beta-Glucopyranosyl-5-O-Methylvisamminol in Fenghanganmao particles.Methods The phenomenex Luna-C18（200 mm×4.60 mm,5 μm）was used ;the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（35：65）,the flow rate of 1.00 ml/min,and the detecting wavelength was 254 nm.The column temperature was at 28℃.Results There was a good linearity for 4＇-O-beta-Glucopyranosyl-5-O-Methylvisamminol in the range of 0.02804～0.3084 μg,r=0.9997（n=6）,and the average recovery rate was 100.42%,RSD=1.20%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible,which can be available for the quality control of Fenghanganmao particles
