摘要
为解决某空调底盘成形过程中废料多的问题,利用有限元分析软件eta/DYNAFORM对空调底盘的坯料尺寸进行优化,得到了合理的坯料尺寸。用尺寸优化后的坯料模拟底盘成形过程,指导修边工序切刀的布置。通过模拟优化,减小了下料尺寸,切边工序由四周全切边改为局部切边,成形过程中减少了废料,提高了材料利用率。
In order to reduce the waste material of the air-conditioner chassis during the forming process,the finite element simulation software eta/DYNAFORM was used to optimize the blank size of the air-conditioner chassis,and the reasonable blank size was obtained.The optimized blank size was used to simulate the forming process of the chassis and the result provides conduct for the arrangement of the cutters in the later trimming process.The blank size is decreased and the trimming process is changed from all sides trimming to part sides trimming through the simulation and optimization.As the waste material is reduced in the forming process,so the material utilization is improved.
