摘要
采用有限元数值模拟方法,运用有限元分析软件DYNAFORM对差厚激光拼焊板汽车后纵梁拉延成形过程进行了模拟分析。对模拟结果中零件出现的破裂、起皱等缺陷进行了工艺优化,将优化后的工艺参数用于实际生产,从而消除了生产过程中可能产生的缺陷。通过模拟分析可为实际生产提供指导,并试模得到了合格制件,减少了模具开发周期。
Finite element numerical simulation method and the software DYNAFORM were used to simulate the stamping process of the automobile back rail made by laster tailor-weleded blanks with different thickness.In order to control the disfigurements of crack and wrinkle that appeared in the stamping process,the process optimization was proposed based on the simulation.The optimized process was used in the practical production and the defects,which appeared in production process,were eliminated.Through the numerical simulation,the reference for the practical production is provided;the qualified part is got and the period of die developing reduces as well.
