常规卷圆零件的工序编制及模具设计

摘要 介绍了两种典型卷圆件,分析了零件结构特点,对两种零件的工艺设计思路进行阐述,比较了两种卷圆类型零件在成形工艺上的异同。重点介绍了零件每一步成形的模具结构和成形后的零件形状尺寸,分析了关键工序模具结构上的特点。经过生产实践验证,成形模具结构合理、可靠,并能保证产品质量,对此类零件的模具设计有参考价值。 Two kinds of typical model curling parts were described.The structure characteristic of part was analyzed,and the technique development idea of two kinds of parts was elaborated.Two kinds of curling parts were compared from the aspect of the forming technique.The die structure in every steps and the formed shape and dimensions of the part were described.The characteristic of the key process for die structure was analyzed.The production practice shows that the forming die structure is reasonable,and can ensure the product quality.It has a significant reference value to the die design for the similar parts.
