摘要
根据轧制时体积不变条件和环件轮廓近似为圆的假设,推导验证了环件径轴向轧制时的导向辊运动公式,并将其用于基于Deform-3D的环件径轴向轧制模拟时的导向辊设置。结果表明:以此公式设置导向辊约束时,轧制过程比较稳定,环件内径及外径的椭圆度均较小,环件成形良好。
According to the constant volume condition and the hypothesis of ring contour approximate circle in rolling,an equation of the guide roll motion in radial-axial ring rolling was derived and confirmed,which was used to radial-axial ring rolling finite element simulation of the guide roll settings in Deform-3D.The simulation results show that by using the equation to set the bound of the guide roll,the rolling process is more stable,the ovality of the ring's inner and external diameter is smaller,and the ring is well formed.
