摘要
文章基于DEFORM软件对薄壁锥形的35Cr Mn Si合金结构钢件的温挤压成形过程进行数值模拟和分析,研究其温挤压成形的特性。分析结果表明:温挤压成形时的温度、摩擦系数及挤压速度对温挤压工艺均有影响,选择最佳的工艺参数、摩擦系数、温度和上模下压速度能获得最理想的挤压件,为此类零件的实际生产提供有价值的工艺参数参考。
The warm extrusion forming process of cone thin -walled 35CrMnSi alloy constructional steel parts was numerically simulated with DEFORM software. It was found that the temperature, frictional coefficient and extrusion speed would affect the properties of the parts. To get ideal extrusion parts, the frictional coefficient, work blank temperature and the upper die speed should be 0.2, 800 ℃ and 10 mm/s, respectively.
