摘要
基于有限元分析的方法,分析了摩擦系数对冷滚打成形过程齿坯温度分布以及冷滚打成形力的影响。研究结果表明:在不同成形阶段,随着摩擦系数的增加,齿坯温度上升,滚打成形力增加。增加滚打轮和齿坯之间的润滑能有效减小成形力并提高齿轮零件的加工精度。
The influences of the friction coefficient on temperature distribution of gear blank and cold roll-beating forming force were studied based on the finite element analysis method. The results show that, in the different forming stages, the gear blank temperature rises and the roll-beating forming force increases with the friction coefficient increasing. Increasing the lubricant between roller and gear blank can effectively reduce the forming force and increase machining precision of the gear.
