摘要
通过对某复杂承力构件等温挤压成形结果的分析,发现在常规等温挤压方法下锻件的部分区域有充不满现象。对此,经过对成形工艺和模具设计的改进,大大改善了成形效果。试验结果表明:通过增加预制坯工序,可以有效地优化锻件口部的成形效果;适度增加锻件底部厚度和改进垫板,可以有效改善底部的筋部充不满现状。
By analyzing the forming results of complex load-carrying component,the defects on the forging product obtained by conventional extrusion method appears.The forming effect has a greatly improves after the improvement of forming technology and die design.The results show that the forming effect on the ahead of forging product can be significantly improved by pre-treatment;the bottom of muscle department can be significantly improved by increasing the thickness of forgings bottom and improvement pad.
