摘要
以某车型前防撞横梁内板为研究对象,采用有限元方法分析了该零件冲压成形过程中的主要缺陷。针对影响其成形的主要因素(压边力、摩擦系数、模具间隙和冲压速度),设计了正交试验。基于综合平衡法,进行了工艺优化。制定出零件不破裂和起皱时,回弹量最小、厚度减薄小的最优工艺参数。这对该零件的实际冲压工艺设计具有重要的工程意义。
Taking the inner plate of a car front anti-collision beam as the research object, the main defects in the stamping process were analyzed by using the finite element method. Aiming at the main influencing factors on the forming quality (blank holder force, friction coefficient, die clearance and speed of stamping), the orthogonal test was designed. Process optimization was carried out based on the comprehensive balance method. The optimal process parameters of the minimum springback and small reducing of the thickness were constituted during no bursting and wrinkling. This has important engineering significance for design of the actual stamping process.
