磁共振弥散张量成像在轻度颅脑损伤患者中弥漫性轴索损伤的应用 被引量:6

摘要 弥漫性轴索损伤在轻度颅脑损伤(MTBI)患者及脑震荡后综合征(PCS)的病理生理学过程中发挥重要作用,磁共振弥散张量成像与传统影像学技术相比,能更灵敏地检测出多种类型的大脑白质轴索损伤,为MTBI及PCS的司法鉴定提供客观的医学诊断依据,现就近年来有关研究进展作一综述。
