磁共振成像在弥漫性轴索损伤中的应用进展 被引量:5

摘要 弥漫性轴索损伤(diffuse axonal injury,DAI)是指在外力作用下头部旋转、成角运动造成的广泛的白质损害,是颅脑损伤患者致死、植物生存状态的重要原因。深入研究其影像学特征有助于提高其诊断水平和患者预后评估。磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)技术于1988年由Gentry等。最早用于颅脑损伤的诊断,近年来在DAI诊断和研究中的应用日益广泛。
