细胞角蛋白14和17在寻常型银屑病皮损中表达的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的本实验通过研究角蛋白14(K14)和角蛋白17(K17)在银屑病皮损中表达水平的变化,探讨以上指标在银屑病发病机制的意义。方法用免疫组化方法,检测30例银屑病患者(银屑病组)皮损处和10例正常对照者(正常对照组)K14、K17的表达情况。结果银屑病组患者皮损处基底层以上K14、K17的表达水平与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。K14、K17在银屑病进行期与消退期的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 K14、K17在银屑病发病机制中可能起重要作用,有望成为监测银屑病活动的指标。
