摘要
目的提高恶性肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管成功率和维护质量,确保化疗顺利进行。方法成立循证护理小组,制定心电图引导PICC导管心房内定位置管标准化操作与管理流程;对60例恶性肿瘤患者行PICC置管化疗。结果 60例患者均一次置管成功,PICC留置35～129d,平均69.0d,无一例发生PICC置管相关并发症;患者满意率100%。结论循证后制定的规范化流程用于心电图引导PICC导管心房内定位置管,可提高PICC置管成功率和维护质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective To enhance success rate and care quality of PICC insertion,and to ensure that patients with malignant tumor smoothly finish chemotherapy. Methods We established an evidence-based nursing team,standardized operation procedures and management process for intra-atrial location of catheter tip in electrocardiogram-guided PICC insertion,and provided this PICC insertion service for 60 patients with malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy. Results PICC lines in all patients were successfully placed at the first time,and indwelling length of PICC ranged from 35 to 129 days,with the average being 69.0 days.None of them developed complications,and patient satisfaction reached 100%. Conclusion Standardized process for intra-atrial location of catheter tip in electrocardiogram-guided PICC insertion developed by using evidence-based method can facilitate successful placement,improve care quality,and increase patient satisfaction.
