摘要
目的探讨经外周导入中心静脉置管(PICC)采集血标本(采血)的可行性及其对检验结果的影响。方法选择行PICC且需要采血的患者20例,采用PICC采血(观察组)和普通静脉穿刺采血(对照组)两种方法同时采集血标本,进行实验室血常规和血生化检查,两组标本检验结果进行t检验;同时对观察组PICC的使用情况进行观察。结果两组血常规、血生化检验结果比较,差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05);无1 例导管堵塞、感染等并发症发生。结论应用PICC采集血标本检验结果准确,且不增加PICC并发症。
Objective To explore the feasibility of obtaining blood samples by using PICC and its effects on the results of blood tests. Methods Twenty cases who were to receive PICC and needed to provide blood samples were selected. Blood samples were obtained via both PICC and routine techniques for blood biochemistry and routine blood tests and the results were compared and subjected to t test. Results of PICC were observed and analyzed. Results No significant differences were found between the two methods in the results of biochemical and blood tests (P>0.05, for both). No PICC-related complications, such as catheter obstruction or infection, occurred. Conclusion Accurate results can be obtained by using the samples collected via PICC without increasing the possibility of PICC-related complications.
