摘要
目的用重组日本血吸虫铁蛋白免疫小鼠,观察抗血吸虫的免疫保护作用。方法用重组的日本血吸虫铁蛋白(GM-CSF-SjFerritin)免疫小鼠,经皮下免疫 3次,在第 3次免疫后 4周,经腹部感染日本血吸虫尾蚴40条或50条,45d后杀鼠,观察减虫效果。结果用GM-CSF-SjFerritin、IL-12+ GM-CSF-SjFerritin和 FCA+ GM-CSF-SjFerritln免疫小鼠分别获得 22. 86%、 25. 63%和39 81%的减虫率。结论本研究首次证明铁蛋白能诱导抗血吸虫病保护性免疫。
Objective To test protective immunity against Schistosoma japonicum (S. j) infection induced by Sj Ferritin in mice. Methods Mice were divided into different groups and injected subcutaneously with GM-CSF--Sj Ferritin,IL-12+GM-CSF-Sj Ferritin,FCA +GM-CSF-Sj Ferritin. FCA or PBS, respectively and were challenged with 40 or 50 S. j cercariae. Forty-five days later. mice were killed and perfused,and the adult worms were counted. Results The reduction rates in worm burden were 22. 86 %. 25. 63 % and 39. 81 % respectively. Conclusion This study first reported that a significant protective immunity against Schistosoma japonicum infection was induced by vaccination with Sj Ferritin in mice.
