摘要
目的:评价黄连,大黄,五味子,连翘水煎剂对粪肠球菌的体外抑菌试验。方法:选取70颗新鲜拔除的人单根管牙,截取6mm高的柱状牙根。将牙根随机分为阴性对照组、甲醛甲酚组(FC)、黄连水煎剂组、大黄水煎剂组、连翘水煎剂组、五味子水煎剂组、阳性对照组,每组10颗牙根。常规根管预备后灭菌制备感染粪肠球菌根管模型。阴性对照组不感染细菌,放置0.9%氯化钠注射液,阳性对照组感染细菌,放置0.9%氯化纳注射液,其余每组根管均感染细菌,分别放置上述不同药剂。培养3天,7天后分别测量细菌的透光度。结果:大黄组3天,黄连组7天,FC组7天无差别;五味子组3天,阴性对照组7天无差别;黄连组3天,阴性对照组3天无差别。结论:相同浓度的中药水煎剂对粪肠球菌有不同程度的抑菌活性,黄连水煎剂的作用最强,其次是五味子、大黄,连翘的作用最差。
Objective： An evalulation to the experiment of traditional chinese decoction＆ effect on inhibiting enterococcus faecalis outside body. Method ： Choose 70 fresh monoraldicular extracted off from patients, intercept a fang of 6mm height. Divide randomly the fang into seven groups which were fermiline control group, formaldehyde cresol formocresol group （FC）, coptis root decoction group, forsythia decoction group, coptis root decoction group, masculine control group,every group had 10 fangs. After preparing the common root canal and conduct germicidal treatment to it , and make infected enterococcus faecalis root canal models. Put 0.9% sodium chioride injection into fermiline non - infectious bacteria control group, put 0.9% sodium chioride injection into masculine infectious bacteria control group. Every other group of tool canals was infected bacterials. Put different medicine mentioned above, cultivate 3d, 7d, then measure the bacterials transmittancy. Result ： the rhubarb had no differences after three days, coptis root after seven days, Fc after seven days, shizandra berry after three days, fermiline control after seven days; Coptis root and fermiline control both had no differences after three days. Conclusion ： The traditional Chinese decoction of the same viscosity has different bacteriostatic activities to enterococcus faecalis. The effect of the coptis root decoction is the strongest, the coptis root decoction is followed, and the effects of rhubarb and forsythia are the weaker compared with the two Chinese medicine mentioned above.
