摘要
目的:从半枝莲中提取总黄酮和多糖,并测定其含量。方法:运用微波技术提取半枝莲总黄酮和多糖,用比色法测定总黄酮和多糖含量。结果:测得半枝莲中总黄酮含量为3.74%,平均回收率为98.91%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.01%(n=5);多糖含量为5.79%,平均回收率为101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.0%(n=5)。结论:运用微波技术从半枝莲中联合提取总黄酮和多糖,反应速度加快,提高了提取效率。
Objective:To extract and determine total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbara D. Don. Methods:Total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbata D. Don were extracted by microwave technology and determined by colorimetry. Results:Total flavonoids in Scutellaria barbata D. Don was 3.74% ,and recovery rate was 98.91%, RSD was 2.01M(n=5);Polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbara D. Don was 5.79%,and recovery rate was 101.3%,RSD was 3.0%(n=5). Conclusion: Microwave technology was applied to extracting total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbata D. Don for the first time. The reaction speed is faster and the result is satisfactory.
