摘要
五味子水煎剂灌胃给药，能明显对抗环磷酰胺所致小鼠脾脏和肠系膜淋巴结重量及细胞数目的减少，并能增加免疫抑制小鼠的脾脏白髓总体积和淋巴结皮质总体积，且对免疫器官的病理形态学有一定改善作用。提示五味子有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。
The decoction of schisandra chniensis(SC) given orally could resist the reduce of the weight and cell numbers of spleen and lymphoglandulae mesocoliae in mice by cyclophosphamide(CP).And it could increase the whole volume of the spleen,white pulp and lymphoglandulae cortex of the immunity inhibiting mice.The pathologic histology of the immunity organs were ameliorated to a great extent.It was seemed that SC could enhance the immunity of mice.
