摘要
以白桦(Betula platy phylla Suk.)树皮为材料,对桦皮素的提取方法和重结晶方法进行了优化。结果表明利用乙醇提取法和乙醇与氯仿重结晶法获得的桦皮素纯度最高,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定桦木醇含量,纯度达到95%以上。同时探讨了桦皮素的药理学作用及其在生物学活性方面的研究。本研究为桦皮素的工业化生产提供理论依据和参考。
In this study, it has been optimized in the extraction and recrystallization method of betulin from the bark of Betula platyphylla. The result showed that the purity of betulin was highest by the method of ethanol extraction and ethanol/chloroform recrystallization. The purity of betulin was above 95% by HPLC (High performance liquid chromatography). Meanwhile, the pharmacological action, biological activity and application of betulin was discussed in detail. The study could provide theoretical basis and reference for industrial production of betulin.
