摘要
目的:确定甘石软膏的处方及制备工艺,建立质量控制方法,并考察其促进烧烫伤创面愈合的效果。方法:优选具有独特药理作用的中药组分,以油脂性辅料为基质制备甘石软膏,并对其质量进行评价;采用SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,以创面愈合百分率、结痂及脱痂天数为指标,观察其对烧烫伤的疗效。结果:甘石软膏外观细腻,质地均匀,质量稳定,且能加快伤口的脱痂速度,促进伤口愈合,消除创面组织肿胀。结论:甘石软膏对于治疗烧烫伤具有较高的医学药用价值。
Objective：To determine the prescription and preparation technics of Gan Shi ointment,set up quality control methods,and evaluate the effect of promoting wound healing of burns.Methods：Optimizing the traditional chinese medicine with unique pharmacological effects to prepare Gan Shi ointment in oily matrix materials,and evaluating its quality.Using SD rats model of deep Ⅱ degree burns to observe the efficacy with wound healing percentage,the days of scab and scab off as the index.Results：Gan Shi ointment has exquisite appearance,homogeneous structure,stable quality,and can accelerate would scab off,promote wound healing,eliminate wound tissue swelling.Conclusion：Gan Shi ointment possess the extremely high medical medicinal value in the treatment of burns.
