摘要
对龙脑、异龙脑进行了影响小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠足跖肿胀等试验。龙脑和异龙脑均能显著抑制蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿胀。异龙脑能显著抑制巴豆油所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀,龙脑的这一作用则不明显。
The antiinflammatory
action of borneol and isoborneol has been
studied by the following methods: 5%
borneol and isoborneol ip 3.5ml/kg mar-
kedly inhibited the edema of hind paw
induced by injection of fresh egg white
0.1 ml in Wistar rats. in addition, 5%
isoborneol ad us. ext. O. 1 ml per ear in-
hibited the swelling of mouse ear caused
by croton oil, this effect of borneol was
not significantly seen.
