摘要
目的：研制茵栀黄栓，并考察其刺激性和体外溶出度。方法：以明胶及甘油等为基质制备茵栀黄栓剂；采用紫外分光光度法测定茵栀黄栓的溶出度。结果：黄芩苷在4．0～12．0μg·mL^-1。线性关系良好（r=0．9993）。茵栀黄栓剂60min时体外溶出度为75．88％。结论：该制剂制备方法简单，成模性好，成本低，体外溶出度较高。
Objective： To prepare Yinzhihuang suppositories and to determine its dissolution in vitro and observe stimulus test on rectum mucous membrane of rabbit. Methods： Yinzhihuang suppositories were prepared with gelatin and glycerin as base material , the dissolution of Yinzhihuang suppositories was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results： The linear range of baicalin was 4. 0 - 12. 0μg·mL^-1 （ r =0. 999 3）. The dissolution of Yinzhihuang suppositories in vitro at 60 min was 75.88%. Conclusion：Yinzhihuang suppositories were simple in preparative method, well - formed, low cost and with high dissolution in vitro.
