摘要
目的:研制茵栀黄栓,并考察其刺激性和体外溶出度。方法:以明胶及甘油等为基质制备茵栀黄栓剂;采用紫外分光光度法测定茵栀黄栓的溶出度。结果:黄芩苷在4.0~12.0μg·mL^-1。线性关系良好(r=0.9993)。茵栀黄栓剂60min时体外溶出度为75.88%。结论:该制剂制备方法简单,成模性好,成本低,体外溶出度较高。
Objective: To prepare Yinzhihuang suppositories and to determine its dissolution in vitro and observe stimulus test on rectum mucous membrane of rabbit. Methods: Yinzhihuang suppositories were prepared with gelatin and glycerin as base material , the dissolution of Yinzhihuang suppositories was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The linear range of baicalin was 4. 0 - 12. 0μg·mL^-1 ( r =0. 999 3). The dissolution of Yinzhihuang suppositories in vitro at 60 min was 75.88%. Conclusion:Yinzhihuang suppositories were simple in preparative method, well - formed, low cost and with high dissolution in vitro.
