摘要
[目的]研究互叶白千层丛生芽诱导的条件。[方法]研究了不同基本培养基、不同碳源及其不同质量浓度、稀土元素、2种激素6-BA和2,4-D配比对互叶白千层丛生芽诱导的影响。[结果]基本培养基中诱导效果较好的是MS培养基;以20 g/L葡萄糖代替其他浓度的糖类,能有效提高诱导率;稀土元素对丛生芽的诱导有一定的促进作用,以5 mg/L硝酸铈效果较好,诱导率为93.33%;在添加激素1.0 mg/L 6-BA和0.01 mg/L 2,4-D的MS培养基上丛生芽诱导率达100%。[结论]基本培养基、碳源、稀土元素、激素浓度及配比对丛生芽的诱导有较大影响。
[Objective]The aim was to research the better culture conditions on multiple shoot induction for Melaleuca leucadendron.[Method]The influence of several factors including basic culture media,carbon source,rare earth elements,hormone concentration and ratio on the multiple shoot induction of Melaleuca leucadendron was studied.[Result]The results showed that the better impact of induction was MS culture media.It was more effective to improve the induction by the 20 g/L glucose than other concentrations of carbohydrate.The rare earth elements had certain promoted effect for the multiple shoot induction,it was better effect with 5 mg/L Ce(NO3)3,the induction rate was 93.33%.The induction rate was up to 100% in MS culture media,which added the 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.01 mg/L 2,4-D.[Conclusion]Basic culture media,carbon source,rare earth elements,concentration and ratio had important influence on multiple shoot induction.
