摘要
研究了不同基本培养基、碳源及其质量浓度、稀土元素、6-BA和2,4-D配比对互叶白千层丛生芽诱导的影响。结果表明,诱导效果较好的是MS培养基。以20g/L的葡萄糖代替其他浓度的糖类,能有效提高白千层丛生芽诱导率。稀土元素对丛生芽的诱导有一定的促进作用,以5mg/L的硝酸铈效果较好,诱导率为93.33%。在添加1.0mg/L 6-BA和0.01mg/L 2,4-D的MS培养基上丛生芽诱导率高达100%。
In this paper,the influences of several factors,various basal media,carbon source,rare earth elements,6-BA and 2,4-D combinations,on the multiple shoot induction of Melaleuca leucadendron was studied.The results showed that MS culture medium gave the best result and was effective to improve the induction rate with the 20g/L glucose than other concentrations of carbon sources.The rare earth elements had promoted effect on the multiple shoot induction with the concentration of 5mg/L Ce(NO3)3 and the induction rate of 93.33%.The induction rate was up to 100% on MS culture media added with 1.0mg/L 6-BA and 0.01mg/L 2,4-D.
