摘要
以互叶白千层高精油优良无性系组培苗的嫩梢为穗条,探讨不同扦插基质、不同生根剂种类及浓度、不同扦插时间对扦插生根率的影响。结果表明:扦插最佳基质为黄心土,其平均生根率达到97.5%;以"根太阳"50倍液处理插穗30 s,生根效果最好,平均生根率可达95%以上;最佳的扦插时间为4月、5月、10月中旬,平均生根率达95%以上。
With shoot from tissue culture seedling of the elite individuals of high-essential-oil Melaleuca ahemifolia as cutting, the rooting rate in different cutting substrates, different concentration of rooting accelerators and different cutting time on was studied. The results showed that：the best substrates for cutting was soil, in which the average rooting rate was 97. 5 % ; with ＂Rooting tai-yang＂ so- lution diluted 50 times as rooting accelerator, the average rooting rate was more than 95 %, and rooting effect is good ; the best time for cutting was the middle of April ,May and October,when the average rooting rate was more than 95%.
