摘要
分析了河南省当前新型农民科技培训重要性和存在的问题,认为做好新型农民科技培训工作必须遵循以人为本、市场主导、创新机制原则,通过加强农业科普宣传、建立技术员联系权制度、开展劳动力转移培训、构建农村科技培训信息化服务平台,丰富新型农民科技培训的途径。
The importance and problems of science and technology training to new farmers in Henan Province were analyzed, the principle of “human oriented, market leading, innovative mechanism” was put forward. Trough Strengthening agriculture popular science propaganda, establishing technician connection system, carrying out laborers transfer training, constructing information service platform, the path way for new farmers＇ science and technology training was enriched.
