摘要
农民技术员培养工程是辽宁省科技厅组织实施的一项富民工程,工程依托省内涉农高校院所开展培训班,根据农民所从事产业设置培训专业,为辽宁省培养一大批乡土实用技术人才。针对培训工作中遇到的实际问题,提出具体的对策和建议。
The farmer technician training project is designed to benefit farmers led by Liaoning Science and Technology Department,which is conducted by higher institutions involving agricultural sciences.This professional training is organized according to the specific industry the farmers engage in and it has produced a large number of rural practical technical talents for Liaoning.This article reviews this practice and puts forward some measures for the problem found in the training process.
