摘要
行业对高等职业教育具有至关重要的主导作用。高职院校在人才培养过程中，需要行业积极参与学校的教学全过程，政府和教育行政部门也需要行业参与制定有关职业教育发展规划和政策。要按照市场经济规律发展高职教育，以客户服务观指导教育教学行为，用市场运作的方法实现“双赢”的产学合作。
Trades play a critical leading role in higher vocational education,so higher vocational educa-tion needs them to take an active part in the whole teaching process of schools and they should also join the government and educational adminis trations in to draw up the developing projection and policy of vo-cational education.We should develop higher vocational education according to market law,lead teaching act in view of serving clients and realize'win-win'enterprises and schools by means of market opera-tion.
