摘要
[目的]探讨悬浮藻类去除微污染水中氮和磷的效果。[方法]采用悬浮水藻处理人工配置模拟的3种不同的微污染水为试验水样,测定了不同水体中悬浮藻类的生长情况以及水藻对氨氮、总磷营养物质的去除效果及特性。[结果]在水样温度为(20±1)℃、光照强度为2 000~2 500 lux、pH为6.5~7.5、悬浮水藻初期接种浓度为1.0×104个/L的条件下,经过10 d的反应,藻类生物量剧增,3种水样中氨氮的去除率分别达到95.2%、83.3%和94.2%;总磷的去除率达到77.1%、96.1%和20.0%,有机污染物浓度有所降低。[结论]为微污染水处理和水体富营养化的防治提供了技术参考。
[ Objective ] The aim was to explore the removing effects of nitrogen and phosphorus from micro-polluted water by suspended algae. [ Method ] Suspended algae was used to treat three different kinds of simulative slightly polluted water in laboratory, the growth of suspended algae in different kinds of simulative micro-polluted water and the removal effects of NH4^+ -N and PO^3-4-P in micro-polluted water by suspended algae were investigated. [ Result] Suspended algae could effectively remove NH4^+ -N and PO^3-4-P when the water temperature was (20 ± 1 ) %, the light intensity was 2 000 - 2 500 lux, pH was 6.5 - 7.5, and the initial vaccination was 1.0 × 104 cell/L. After ten days, algae bio- mass increased greatly; the removal rates of NH4^+-N were 95.2%, 83.3% and 94.2%, and the removal rates of PO^3-4 -P were 77.1%, 96. 1% and 20.0% ; organic pollutant decreased. [ Conclusion] The research provides technical reference for micro-polluted water treatment and water eutrophication control.
