摘要
[目的]观察猴耳环消炎颗粒联合利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。[方法]选取80例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,随机分为治疗组45例和对照组35例。两组同时采用利巴韦林喷剂基础治疗,治疗组加用猴耳环消炎颗粒治疗,对照组加用喜炎平注射液治疗。5d为1疗程,共1个疗程,比较两组疗效,并观察不良反应及并发症。[结果]两组治疗效果良好,总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疗效相当。[结论]猴耳环消炎颗粒联合利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效满意,给药方便,经济,依从性好,值得临床推广使用。
[Objective] To observe Pithecellobium Clyypearia Antiphlogosis Granule and Ribavirin Spray treating infants herpangina.[Method] Select 80 cases and randomly divide them into treatment group 45 and control one 35 cases.Both take Ribavirin Spray,the treatment one added with Pithecellobium Clyypearia Antiphlogosis Granule;control one,Xiyanping injection.After 1 course,observe their cure effect,side effects and complications.[Result]Both have good cure effect;the comparison of total effect has no statistical meaning.[Conclusion] Pithecellobium Clyypearia Antiphlogosis Granule combined with Ribavirin Spray has satisfying cure effect on infants herpangina,safe,reliable,with good compliance,worth clinical promotion and application
