超脉冲CO_2激光治疗睑缘色素痣临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑缘色素痣的临床疗效。方法采用超脉冲c02激光治疗睑缘色素痣。治疗参数:波长为10600nm,能量密度为150~300mJ/脉冲,频率为10~15Hz,光斑直径为0.5~1.0nm。结果371例患者痊愈360例(占97.03%),有效率为100%。所有患者治疗后均无色素残留及明显疤痕形成,睑缘弧度良好。结论超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑缘色素痣疗效令人满意,而且是一种符合整形美容原则的治疗方法。 Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of using an ultrapulse CO2 laser to treat a palpebral margin pigmented nevus. Methods All eases were treated with an ultrapulse CO2 laser with parameters set for 10 600 nm, 100 - 300 J energy density in a single pulse, frequenoy 10 - 15 Hz, and a 0.5-1 mm spot of ligbt.Results Of 360 cases,all were cured(7.03%) and there was a 100% rate of effectiveness. None of the patients had pigmentation nor did any of them have an obvious cicatrization after treatment. The contour of the eyelid was also satisfactory. Conclusion The ultrapulse CO2 laser is safe and efficient in treating palpebral margin pigmented nevus and consistent with the basic principles of cosmetic surgery.
