摘要
目的了解我院中药饮片应用情况,评价其合理性。方法利用医院信息系统数据库检索我院2008-2010年中药饮片使用数据,对年用量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日用药金额(DDC)及年销售中药饮片前10位的临床科室进行分析。结果 2008-2010年我院中药饮片的总销售量和总销售金额呈逐步上升趋势;年用量和销售金额排序前30位的中药饮片及所占比例基本相同;前10位使用饮片的科室虽有变化,但主要科室未变。结论我院中药饮片的使用逐年增加,使用科室增多,日用药金额合理,说明我院中药饮片在治疗中发挥着重要作用,也充分体现了我院中医药优势。
Objective To understand the applications traditional Chinese herbal medicine in our hospital and to evaluate its rationality.Methods Use our hospital information system database retrieval in 2008 to 2010 use data,To analyze statically the consumption quantity,consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and the top 10 departments of consumption sum of traditional Chinese herbal medicine during 2008-2010.Results The consumption of traditional Chinese herbal medicines during2008-2010 assumed year by year increase tendency in both sum of quantity and money.Annual the kinds of top 30 in terms of consumption quantity and proportion in various kinds are same basically.Although The top 10 departments used traditional Chinese herbal medicine change,but major departments have not changed.Conclusion Our hospital of traditional Chinese herbal medicine into ready-to-consumption quantity and consumption sum increases year by year,the increased use of traditional Chinese herbal medicine department,DDC is reasonable.Our hospital prepared traditional Chinese herbal medicine that in the plays an important role treatment of disease and heals,Also fully embodies the Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine to our hospital＇s the advantage Fully embodies the Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine to our hospital＇s the advantage.
