摘要
目的:了解我院口服中成药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用医院信息系统数据库,检索我院2005～2006年中成药使用数据,对年用药金额、用药频度、日用药金额进行统计分析。结果:博尔宁胶囊、紫龙金片、平销胶囊的应用较广泛;我院自制制剂具有开发前景;中成药价格在下降,但整体销售额却呈上升趋势。结论:我院用药情况符合我院为肿瘤专科医院的特点,基本合理。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital for references of rational drug use inthe clinic. METHODS： Data regarding the use of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital during the period 2005-2006 were retrieved by means of hospital network information system, and the annual consumption sum, DDDs, daily consumption sum were analyzed, RESULTS： Boerning capsules, Zilongjin tablets, Pingxiao capsules were widely used in the treatment of cancer, The preparation made by our hospital enjoyed a promising prospect, The prices of Chinese patent medicines were falling, but the overall consumption sum showed an upward trend. CONCLUSION： The use of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital was basically rational and corresponds to the characteristics of our hospital as cancer special hospital.
