离子选择电极法与离子色谱法测定工作场所空气中氟化氢的比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较离子色谱法(A)与离子选择电极法(B)测定工作场所空气中氟化氢是否存在显著性差异。方法分别采用GBZ/T 160.36—2004工作场所空气中氟化氢的两种测定方法,测定某化工公司车间空气中氟化氢的含量。并对两种方法的测定结果进行方差分析。结果采集某化工公司磷化车间5个空气样品和标准样品分别用A、B两种方法进行6次重复测定,其RSD在0.477%~1.239%之间,两种方法比较F=1.482,P>0.05;对样品加标回收试验结果,回收率在98.7%~103.3%之间,两种方法回收率比较F=0.358,P>0.05。结论两种方法的精密度、准确度和测定结果差异无统计学意义,均可作为测定工作场所空气中氟化氢含量的方法。 [Objective]To compare the ion-selective electrode(A) and ion chromatography(B) for determination of hydrogen fluoride in workplace air. [Methods]The 2 methods for determination of hydrogen fluoride in workplace air were applied in a chemical plant,based on GBZ/T 160.36-2004.Analysis of variance was performed on the determination results. [Results]The standard sample and 5 air samples collected from phosphate room of a chemical plant were determined by method A and B for 6 times.The RSD was between 0.477% and 1.239%,the 2 methods comparison showed the F=1.482,P0.05;the recoveries were between 98.7%-103.3%,and the comparison showed F=0.358,P0.05. [Conclusion]The differences of precision,accuracy,and results are not significantly different between the 2 methods.Therefore,both they can be used for determination of hydrogen fluoride in air.
