摘要
在GB/T 15434-1995环境空气中的氟化物监测的吸收滤膜的预处理过程中,发现不进行搅拌而仅靠超声波提取,则氟化物的加标回收率不到80%,而增加搅拌步骤后其回收率大为改善,并对此进行了分析。此外,还考察了超声波提取时间、静置时间对氟化物提取效果的影响。结果表明,预先将膜搅碎成糊状而均匀分布于提取液中,再用超声波提取5 min,静置90 min后,氟化物的加标回收率可达99%。
Fluoride in ambient air was determined according to GB/T 15434- 1995 standard . The recovery of standard addition of fluoride was less than 80% if only ultrasonic extraction was used in the filter membrane pretreatment proeess,and its recovery rate had been greatly improved after adding the stirring process. In addition, the effeets of the ultrasonic extraction time, static extraction time on extraetion of the fluoride were also inspected. The results showed that fluoride recoveries could reach 99% after the membrane was minced and evenly distributed in the extracting solution under the condition of 5min's ultrasonic extraction and holding 90 miffs standing.
