摘要
[目的]探讨马齿苋水提取物对小鼠急性炎症的影响.[方法]采用二甲苯及巴豆油制作小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,观察马齿苋水提取物对小鼠耳廓肿胀度的影响.[结果]1.0,2.0 g/kg马齿苋水提取物对二甲苯所致炎症均有明显抑制作用;2.0 g/kg马齿苋水提取物对巴豆油所致炎症有抑制作用.[结论]马齿苋水提取物具有消炎作用.
OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of the water extract of Portulaca oleracea L on acute inflammation in mice. METHODS The models of the mice＇s external ears＇ swell induced by xylene and croton oil, and the water extract of Portulaca oleracea L the spring beauty＇ swater with drawing material to it RESULTS The 1.0,2.0 g/kg groups of the water extract of Portulaca oleracea L both remarkablly inhibited inflammation actions induced by xylene, and the 2.0 g/kg group of the water extract of Portulaca oleracea L obviously inhibited inflammation actions induced by croton oil. CONCLUSION The water extract of Portulaca oleracea L has certainly anti-inflammation function
