摘要
文章从培养一流人才的角度出发,分析了与高水平科研相结合的高等院校研究生培养模式的内涵和要求,并提出了相应的建议,如改革传统数学模式,构建研究型教学模式;改革传统的导师指导模式,构建导师团队指导模式;健全奖惩激励机制,激发研究生科研潜质;改善培养环境,优化科研支撑条件。
From the perspective of first-class talent development,the article analyzed the content and requirements of the graduate training model combined with the high level of research,and made recommendations accordingly,such as reformation of a conventional training mode and tutorial system,construction of rewards and punishment institution,and improvement of the research circumstances.
