摘要
为了实现模拟电路中电阻、电压或电流的数字控制调整的目的,通过使用PIC16F877A和AD5161实现一种电阻式数模转换电路设计。利用IIC总线对AD5161进行通信及设置,通过实测AD5161输出电阻值得到其工作特性,经误差处理和状态分析提高了电路线性度。验证该设计适用于工作电压小于AD5161供电电压的数字电阻输出调整场合,详细地描述了IIC总线通信过程,并给出了部分程序和具体流程图。
In order to realize the adjustment of resistance,voltage and current in the analog circuits by the method of digital control,a digital potentiometer is designed with PIC16F877A and AD5161.The AD5161 is initialized and set by the communication of IIC bus with MCU.In experimenting the performance of AD5161 is shown by the data of the output resistance.The linear scale of circuit is increased by error data processing and state analyses.The design can be applied to this system that need to adjust the output of digital resistance with the working voltage of the system is lower than the voltage given by AD5161.The communication mechanism of the IIC bus is presented,and some certain programs about the communication and the flow chart of the program is also given.
