摘要
针对传统的摩托车排放检测硬件电路复杂,易受干扰的不足,提出了一种新型的串口通信的摩托车排放测试方法.将工控机和排放仪利用串口线相连,利用MSComm控件编写RS232串口通信程序,实现了工控机对排放仪数据的采集、数据显示和结果判断.实际运行结果表明,该方法硬件电路简单、成本低、传输数据不易受干扰.
In the conventional exhaust testing , the hardware circuit is complex and the collected data are liable to be jammed. In order to resolve these problems, a new method of exhuast testing based on serial communications is proposed. The exhuast analyzer and industrial control computer are linked by serial circuit.. The serial communications is realized using MSComm control by VC ＋＋ 6. 0. It can collect,display and judge the testing data of the exhaust analyzer. It is found that this method is simple and feasible.
