摘要 提出了一种新颖的双频Boost变换器拓扑结构。该拓扑结构高频为三电平Boost单元,低频为两电平Boost单元。与传统的双频Boost变换器相比,该变换器具有高频开关电压应力低、滤波电感小等特点。与三电平Boost变换器相比,该变换器可以降低开关损耗,提高效率。本文对该变换器的工作原理和性能进行了详细分析,对主要参数进行计算,并给出了控制策略和仿真结果。仿真结果证明了理论分析的正确性和有效性。 A novel double frequency Boost converter is proposed in this paper. The high frequency part of the converter is a three-level Boost cell, while the low frequency part is a two-level Boost cell. Compared with traditional double frequency Boost converter, the voltage stress of the high frequency switches is lower, and the filtering inductance is smaller. Compared with three-level Boost converter, the loss of switches is reduced and the efficiency is increased. Operation principle and property of.this new converter are analyzed in detail, the main parameters are calculated, the control strategy and the results of simulation are given. The results of simulation have demonstrated the correctness and effectiveness of the theory analysis.
