摘要
多电平直流变换器利用飞跨电容使得输入电压在串联的各开关管之间均分,以降低各开关管的电压应力。合适的飞跨电容电压是保证多电平直流变换器正常工作并具有良好性能的关键。文中提出一种新颖的控制飞跨电容电压的方案,该方案首先将输出电压与飞跨电容电压解耦,使得控制飞跨电容电压的同时不影响输出电压的调节。继而对飞跨电容电压进行解耦控制,采用这种控制方案有利于分别独立设计各个飞跨电容电压和输出电压的控制闭环。此控制方案通过四电平直流变换器进行了实验验证。
The multilevel converter splits voltage constraints among series-connected switches through flying capacitors. Appropriate distribution of the flying capacitor voltages guarantees the voltage-sharing of the switches. This paper proposes a novel control strategy for the flying capacitor voltages, which has no influence on the output voltage. The decoupling control of the flying capacitor voltages is derived. Thus the closed-loop control of each flying capacitor voltage and the output voltage can be designed independently. The effectiveness of the control strategy is verified experimentally with a four-level converter.
