摘要
Z源逆变器因其独特的拓扑结构可实现直流侧升压,在发电系统中得到了广泛的关注与研究。Z源逆变器工作时具有特有的直通工作状态,因而对其调制方式提出了较高的要求。详细分析了Z源逆变器的工作原理,在此基础上对Z源逆变器常用的简单升压比调制(Simple Boost Control)、最大升压比调制(Maximum Boost Control)、最大恒升压比调制(Maximum Constant Boost Control)3种调制方法进行了研究。详细比较了3种方法的优劣,推导了不同调制方式下电压应力与调制比的关系,并阐述了不同调制方式的应用环境,最后在仿真实验中对上述结论进行了详细的验证。
Z source inverter can boost the voltage at DC side with its unique topology structure,which makes it obtain widely attention and research in the photovoltaic system.Higher requirements are put forward for modulation mode when Z source inverter works with the state of direct working.This paper makes detailed analysis of Z source inverter working principle.Three commonlyused modulation methods,which are Simple Boost Control,Maximum Boost Control and Maximum Constant Boost Control are studied.The strengths and weaknesses of the three research methods are compared in detail in this paper.The relationship between voltage stress and modulation ratio under different modulation method is deduced and the application environment of different modulation modes is expounded.Finally the above conclusion is verified in detail in the simulation experiment.
