摘要
认为知识贯穿于企业创新导向过程之中,介绍了创新导向的内涵及组织层面的影响因素,从创业导向活动的原因和过程阐述了创新与知识获取的理论关系、知识差异性在创新活动中如何发挥作用,最后针对知识资源的获取提出了相关建议。
